I loved the fast in and out service very much from ecar one. However agent Jared was very rude and unfriendly, and when he gave me the key to the car, the inside of the car was dirty with stain on the seats and dust and hair on the back seat, when i asked him why there was so much dust and hair on the seats he said it was from the vacuum. Plus a few unpleasant things that he said. He frankly made me feel like he was doing me a favor. But other than that I would definitely refer my friends and family. Thank you!
