The salesman Joe was very professional and very helpful. We became friends. However possible it has become friends with a used car salesman. LOL he was very helpful. I feel he went beyond to take care of me.

Jared was oh so easy to work with, thorough, and professional. I appreciated the flexibility in getting the paperwork together while I had to make an appointment. I returned to dCarOne and everything was ready! As far as the dealer, I verbalized it was a short coming that they sell higher end cars and do not offer a way to get additional keys made. I find this really a short coming. I would have been happy to come back on a day the locksmith was there, but there was no offer for this. It was a minor disappointment, but I wanted to put it in the reviews. I would definitely buy from them again.
