What Others Say

Don't go to Dublin Mazda, avoid it at all costs! They are unprofessional and don't respect their clients. I bought a 2019 Honda civic sport hatchback from Dublin Mazda in November. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on the car but nothing wrong was reported at the time. In December I went to a Honda dealership for accessories. They pointed out that the car is missing its front bumper grille from its splash shield, exposing the internal components. Salesman Keith Morita did not mention the issue at the time of purchase. Photos Keith Morita took of the car prove that the grille was missing at the time of purchase. I notified Keith Morita about the issue. He denied knowing anything about it and said someone from the service department is going to reach out to me. No one did. He did not offer me any solutions and it became very hard to reach him despite calling him numerous times. Dublin Mazda went silent and I was worried about further damage/rusting of internal components. Since I was on the road, I had to get the car fixed at a Honda dealership in early January amid this uncertainty. I then emailed the grille hardware cost and labor charges with receipts (more than $1k) to Keith Morita. Keith Morita told me, the manager will reach out. After trying more than fifteen times for several weeks and receiving false hopes, I was finally able to speak to manager Keith (his name is also Keith). He told me I should not have had the car fixed. Manager Keith also emphatically said Keith Morita had asked me to bring the car to Dublin Mazda and they could have gotten it fixed. This is not true. They could have checked call recordings (they monitor calls) and messages between Keith Morita and me to see that Keith Morita did not offer me any solutions. In the end, manager Keith told me they could do nothing about the issue. I hoped to be treated fairly and transparently for someone buying a car for more than $20k. I have been more than accommodating regarding this issue at every step. But the evasive behavior and gaslighting on Dublin Mazda's part have been very unreasonable. It's very clear that they don't respect their customers. I would recommend other buyers to go somewhere where they will be valued.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new Cx-5 from Dublin Mazda and the service provided was outstanding. Buying a new car can be a little intimidating but Sam was amazing. He was incredibly friendly, informative and delivered such a good care during our car hunt. I would 100% recommend going to Dublin Mazda and ask for Sam to anyone thinking of buying another car. Thank you for your service

I shared my budget with Elvis over the phone, which is what I was quoted at another dealership across town. Elvis said he will honor that OTD price so I took time off work and visited him at Dublin Mazda. I was there for over 2 hours I was bullied and intimidated by Elvis and Keith. They insisted that I needed to pay $3,000 over the agreed upon OTD price saying that it was standard fee that all dealerships charge. I was shocked and felt violated. I was in tears and walked out halfway though signing the papers. Fortunately, because I didn’t not sign all the papers, the sale was not finalized, thank goodness. Several weeks later I ended up making my purchase across town at Tracy Mazda. There was no additional cost on top of the promised OTD price. Tracey is 30 minutes away, but they honored the quote and never once did I fell talked down to or disrespected.

Had the worst experience here. The general manager and manager were awful. I was told salesmen are down here pointing to ground managers are up here pointing up. Salesman can give wrong information only the managers know what’s really going on with the cars. That statement didn’t sit right with me and I became upset I was then screamed at by the manager STOP. I was so disgusted after spending so much money being lied to a treated badly is standard here. Straight from the managers mouth. So beware salesmen are allowed to tell you what they want whether true or false. All of this is straight from the angry manager mouth. If you like Mazda go to a different dealership where you can be treated right.

STAY AWAY! Sales people act nice when initially approaching you but that's short lived. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE people! And, cars are marked up ridiculously high... nice cars but they are just Mazdas... run! Support the USA! Check out Ford - we truly had the best experience choosing them for our SUV!

I came in today to get a reset on my new Mazda CX-5,and a gentleman named Elvis greeted me, I told him what I needed and he took care of it right away , I also asked him for help with my navigation system,, and he was very kind and patient with teaching me, he was a pleasure and very kind, thank you Elvis, for your assistance and patience!!…
