Awful customer service. Had to call multiple times to get assistance with my car warranty. As to date, my car has been with them 5 days and I ask that I be kept in the loop of the service. To which I am not ( unless I call). Constant voicemails and hold times. Just terrible customer service

Developed a strange "clunking" sound in my A4 Quattro. Only heard it when going over pavement irregularities or slight bumps. Cory, the Audi mechanic quickly diagnosed and explained to me what the cause was. I appreciate the helpful attitude.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I was given the runaround from another dealership in wanting to buy out a company lease personally, and Flow Audi was extremely helpful all around. I live an hour plus from this dealership and they sent a courtesy car, picked my car up, did an inspection, brought my car back and brought the paperwork to me to sign. Can’t say enough good about them. I would highly recommend Flow Audi.

I was very satisfied to receive a free repair on my Audi exactly on the fuel pump, because I have an issue exactly with the fuel pump.
