The big building might fool a few people, but once you meet the salesmen you'll know what kind of backwards place you've ended up. Get your GMCs and get them serviced anywhere else. You'll regret going to Diamond for the hole life of your car.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO IMPERIAL IN MENDON OR ANY COLONIAL DEALERSHIP! Would never buy a vehicle from them again, sold me a “used” suburban that was used and traded in by one of there own, purchased it from them beginning of August 2017, battery died within a few days, took 2 days and many calls from me for someone to give them “clearance “ to put a new battery in it. They never changed out the brake pads and rotors like they said they would (figures salesman puts “resurface” in purchase and sales and they didn’t even resurface them.) I had to call many many times about my brakes squeaking, they proceed to tell me they did them April 2017, so it sat not driven for 4 months so brakes/pads were all rusted and squeaky. Rear tailgate pistons both broke within a few weeks of owning , 2 of the 4 tires had leaks within a few days outside the 30day guarantee, mind you I had put in well over 40 calls to there service department, my suburban I had just bought for my wife ! From her own cousin who works at diamond,! was in service for almost 2 weeks of that first month I owned it, with them always saying “I don’t have clearance” to do that and leaving me helpless. Not to mention end of September ( almost two months since bought ) my suburban starts acting up and misfiring and brought to mechanic and has a hot cyclinder 7, which keeps blowing spark plugs and misfiring , I’ve put 2 sets of plugs in under a year, and have to get oil changes sooner as it burns oil , I would never buy a vehicle from them ever again , used or not they had a vehicle on there lot and sold it to me and my wife (her own cousin sold it) and has BEEN NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS, the vehicle should of never been on there lot and they know it and that’s the reason they treated me like dirt after I purchased it, they lost business from me and my family that’s for sure Mind you when I finally plugged into snap ons advanced controller found over 20 codes that were cleared before I purchased the vehicle Be aware of them!! They will rip you off in service, and beware buying used anything and new from them!! Shop around there are dealers local who are THOUSANDS CHEAPER more than willing to be upfront and honest with you . This was copied from my review from google, they are liars and snakes and did not do any of that except ONE key fob, and REAR ROTORS ONLY NOT EVEN PADS!!! they are thief’s and snakes and should not be in business at all. ****MY RESPONSE TO DIAMONDS LYING RESPONSE** I have records and conversations saved to prove none of that was done AT ALL!!! (Tires, rotor and pads ), they did two back rotors because I threaten to get a lawyer involved. ADDITION - I DID NOT RECIEVE 4 NEW TIRES AT ALL!! I DID NOT RECEIEVE THE FRONT AND REAR BRAKE PAD AND ROTORS, YOU ONLY REPLACED THE BACK ROTORS BECAUSE THERE WAS RUST SPOTS AND RIVETS IN THE ROTORS, YOU DIDNT EVEN CHANGE OUT THE PADS LIKE YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO!!! YOU GUYS ARE SUCH A JOKE AND LIARS ITS PATHETIC AND SICKENING , NONE THE LESS THAT AN EMPLOYEE WOULD SELL HIS COUSIN A VEHICLE LIKE THIS !!! You guys ought to be ashamed selling cars with known problems to people , never mind family members. MIND YOU I HAVE ALL THE TEXTS, EMAILS, and CONVERSATIONS SAVED BETWEEN ME AND THE SALESMAN WHO SOLD ME THIS PIECE OF JUNK, I HAVE ALL RECEIPTS YOU GUYS ARE ABSOLUTE LIARS , I RECIEVED NO NEW TIRES, NO NEW PADS ALL AROUND , I HAD TO FIGHT AND FIGHT AND CALL AND CALL FOR YOU TO PUT ON REAR ROTORS!!! YOU GAVE ME ONE REMOTE WHICH TOOK 2 WEEKS TO COME IN!! COURTESY VEHCILE? IT WAS OUR ONLY VEHCILE AT THE TIME AND WE HAD GOOD FAITH YOU WERE SELLING US SOMETHING RELIABLE AND SAFE , and a service 9/21/17???!!!! LOL , THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN AND YOU GUYS TOLD ME “THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT FRONT PADS AND ROTORS AND THE TIRES “ , you guys are con artists , PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!

This dealership does not honor monetary or verbal agreements. After a week or so of traveling 1 hour each way to view and negotiate the price of a truck, I put down a deposit and filled out the required finance paperwork and was scheduled an appointment on Monday, after the holiday weekend. They called me on Saturday morning and scheduled Monday's appointment and it was just hours later that they called me and told me that the truck was sold to SOMEONE ELSE!! . I do not recommend ANYONE to do ANY business with this dealership. They are NOT honest nor do they keep their word!!!!

My experience with DIAMOND for the second time was as good as the first. Gary L is great to work with very professional. Thank you to the diamond group and family.

My experience with the sales team and Alex was great! The purchase of my new GMC 1500 quick and easy. I love my new truck!!!
