Eric was amazing! He was pretty busy with other customers every time we went in but he never made us feel like we weren’t equally important. He was kind, patient, and thoroughly explained everything. He was the first person out of 6 cars I’ve purchased to ever put a bow on my new car (and I didn’t even have to ask him to do it!). Just overall really great experience and a good guy.

He knew what every single button, hidden Easter egg, and spec of the Forester Hybrid. From the exact materials, mechanical, features and more, without even thinking, he knew. He made me feel confident in the vehicle, knowledgeable and most importantly comfortable. Coming from a large suv, I was nervous. Eric had me feeling confident in Subaru as a brand in no time! I have bought 3 cars so far from Subaru of Las Vegas. Eric has helped me with two of them. I have had nothing short of an outstanding experience with Eric each time. He’s been very mindful and listens to my feedback the first time. I don’t just feel like another customer at this dealer Eric treats me like a brother. Eric has never tried to push me in a direction I don’t wanna go and he understands I like to shop around. Let me tell you that the experience at other dealer ships does not compare with Subaru of Las Vegas. I truly enjoy shopping at this dealership. I’ve never been treated poorly by any staff across multiple departments. The dealership is filled with authentic Subaru enthusiasts.
