it's was great! they were extremely helpful and were even able to help me know what was going on every step of the way so i wasn't confused.
This is the second car I have bought from this dealership. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and I never feel like carrion at the vulture convention.

My dad found my car online — a used 2022 Chevy Bolt — which was at Findlay’s Suburu of Las Vegas dealership. They are a no-negotiation dealership. The price was fair, and it took all the stress out of buying a car. There were no hidden fees. Edwin was my sales rep. Try to get him! I loved working with Edwin. He was organized, knowledgeable, responsive, conscientious, fun and kind. He went the extra mile over and over. I had some challenges, since I don’t live in NV, but visit family there. He helped make it all as seamless as possible. Since I am new to the all electric cars, he showed me the car’s special features and how to find charging stations. The service dept did a stellar job of inspecting and repairing the car before sale, and they delivered it immaculately detailed. Jaina in mngt. worked with me too and you could tell the communication among the management, sales, service and finance was solid. They have a great coffee and tea bar, and I liked the giant aquarium. I feel so lucky that the car I wanted was at the Suburu dealership, and that I got Edwin to help me with the purchase.
