I'd like to start by saying I do not enjoy car shopping! All the research and browsing for "the" one is exhausting, but ya want to get it right ya know? So after all the emails, text messages and phone calls I got to know several of the fellas at this location. I will say I really enjoyed meeting them in person. Donny, Alex, Bryce (I didn't meet, but enjoyed talking with him), Anthony and Caden. Caden went on the test drive with me and wrapped up my purchase. If I forgot to mention anyone, my apologies. Oh, a special shout out to "Angel", which I thought was a real person I was texting with. He is their AI bot, whatdo I know. He seemed very real! Ha! All in all my experience was pleasant. I feel I negotiated a good deal, and am pleased with my truck and that's really all that matters. If I find myself in the market again, I will certainly work with them again!
