What Others Say

My Experience at the dealer was awful. The only good at that dealership is Matt Cassidy and Greg Bator as well as the whole service department. You wouldn't what crooks they are. They took advantage of me at a time in need. Charlie Coopey Is a a real xxx. They keep saying rotten comments to me. That my Z is straight piped and when they pulled the car out of the showroom. They burnt out with the car insinuating That I beat my cars up. The sales department is trash and low lifes. Taking advantage of a person that has a disability. But I will say that the service department cannot be beat. I am very particular with who works on my cars. The Mechanics are great and are up to date on the Nissan Certifications. The parts department is awesome as well. Nicole is very knowledgeable and really a cool person. Tyler is the man as well that helps with processing the cars through service. Cannot speak highly enough of them I don't want this rating to hurt them by any means. I only want them to be successful. So please give them the buissness. But definitely make sure you talk to the sales department about watches like Rolex and Tudors. Because they know their watches very well. And are clueless on everything else.

I was on vacation from Canada and my Rogue transmission failed. I was directed to speak to Greg who, I guess, was the service manager. Greg pretty much told me to get lost. He said he had transmission work backed up “for months “. I asked where else I could get help. No response. After much effort, I finally managed to get from him that there were Nissan dealerships in Atlantic City and Toms River. I asked which was closer; he had no clue. Finally another person sitting nearby thought Toms River might be closer. I asked Greg is he had a telephone number for them. He gave me a number and that was it. No more info. I left at that point and dialed the number. And, just like Greg, it was not in service.

THE SERVICE DEPT. REPLACED MY WINDOW WASHER TANK xxx,Y ON MY FRONTIER TO ELIMINATE A SLUSHING NOISE WHEN COMING TO A STOP

Bought a Rouge in 2015 at 90,000 miles the transmission went brought it in to Nissan they said nothing they could do so I put a new transmission in now have 40,000 miles on that transmission and it went called Nissan they said nothing they could do this company does not stand behind their products or their warranty BEWARE WEN PURCHASING A NISSAN daughter is having same problems with her car and getting same response will never PURCHASE a Nissan again

I had the worst experience of my life at this dealership. I am a college student in my final year of undergrad and I had to bring my car in for a transmission repair. The service technician called me and quoted me $40 the repairs so I told him to go ahead and do it, thinking it was just to change out the sensor. The next day I showed up and they gave me a bill for $4300! I was furious and demanded to know why the bill was so drastically different from what I was quoted. The service tech then started arguing with me and saying that he had replaced the whole transmission and quoted me the correct price. Keeping in mind that I would NEVER have agreed to a repair job that was so expensive, i would have simply taken my car back and gone elsewhere. Obviously lines got crossed somewhere and i had to deal with it. So if you pass this place, do yourself a favor and keep driving.

I HATE HATE HATE my car. Worst experience of my life. I am a senior woman who dealt with Charlie several times before. So I trusted him completely joke was on me. After that he now has a sign on his desk #1Hustler. U welcome
