What Others Say

Very rude (especially voice tone), disrespectful, behavior is unacceptable. Not coming back, plenty of other places that have polite staff and more competitive pricing

Recently purchased a 2025 Subaru Outback from Sterling Subaru. The overall experience was excellent. Our salesperson was Anibal Romero and he treated my wife and I with both curtesy and respect. He answered all our questions with both patience and concern. We also dealt with Mike Stoner who was also attentive. I came in with a price quote generated through Consumers Reports and they readily honored it, even doing a little better when I asked them to do so.

Purchased a new Subaru Crosstrek in January. They were aggressive in setting us up with a service appointment, and ensured us that the first service is free. When we showed up for that service in July, we were told that only the oil change is covered, tire rotation is an additional $55. So they will cover PART of the first service. Misleading sales and service department.

Went for an oil change. When my car was ready, instead of checking me out, the unpro service advisor started talking and dealing with questions of a person who came after me. I was in a hurry, and approached the second service advisor who said he had to train a new employee….clearly more important than a helping a customer! To boot, they said they rotated tires, but i found air pressure low in all tires (after picking up the car)! Had to go to a gas station to fill air in all my tires. Clearly below mediocre service and poor service advisors. Hey, can u train them to not wear scowl on their faces at 8am….maybe they need a new job ?? If this happens again (every one deserves a second chance)… it will be sayonara to this dealership….

My wife dropped off her Forester Monday night for routine servicing and a state inspection. We specifically told the technician that we did not want the tires rotated because we just had them done at Costco. The next day when we returned to pick up the car, there was a $53 dollar charge for tire rotation. We complained and they took the charge off but now we need to go back to Costco and have them rotate the tires back the way they were. The service tech who checked the car in was present during our discussion with another tech and never said a word about the tire rotation issue. We buy our tires at Costco because they offer free tire rotation for the life of the tires instead of charging $53 for this service. The most ridiculous thing is that in order to check the brakes for the state safety inspection they have to take the tires off anyway. So why would there even be a charge to rotate tires?

I had a phenomenal experience purchasing my CROSSTREK. Anibal, Josh, and Mike went above and beyond to help me though the process. Their knowledge and expertise made for a smooth and stress-free experience. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and my purchase. I plan to be a Subaru owner for life! Thank you!
