Great customer service. Promptly greeted upon entering. Tiffany was a great sales person and asked all the right questions. Vehicles were a little over priced compared to surrounding area but not by much. Test drive went smoothly.
Purchased a 2014 Lexus LX 570 from this dealer over the phone. SUPPOSEDLY a reputable dealer, Represented no accident or paintwork, "traded in from a friend of mine" . Took delivery in Tennessee and dropped off at the Lexus dealer for a couple of minor repairs. Received call from SERVICE MANAGER stating this car has BEEN WRECKED AND PAINTED ON the front and back of the drivers side of the truck. I called asking them to refund based on MISREPRESENTATION and the response was "SUE ME"!! from JAY JACKSON, son of the owner. I sent estimate to correct the cover-up job they did , $2300.00. I wanted a no paintwork car. THEY LIED, NO INTEGRITY! MAKE THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!!!
