A great car buying experience. I would buy from Spirit Chevrolet again and would recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Scott Ferguson.
The worst experience I have EVER had buying a new car has been at Spirit Chevrolet, we bought a BRAND new 2017 Chevy traverse from them noticed that it needed some spots touched up. Little did we know the more and more we looked at it in the sunlight the entire clear coat on the suv has been ate up with bird crap. Not just through the clear coat but down to the primer on the car. They agreed to fix the spots and took it to a local body shop called JR Baker body shop. While it was only supposed to take 2 weeks max the general manager who was a giant bag of dirt when I dropped it off to him on my scheduled day to be there gave me xxxx for showing up that day and made a big deal that it would take a really long time to fix. Well 2 weeks starts to roll by I call to check how progress is going. I was notified by the body shop they decided to take my brand new suv to that the car lot has NEVER got in touch with them so they have not being the process yet. So we call the car lot they had no idea 🙄 it wasn’t almost ready. So we had to wait ANOTHER 2 weeks for this xxxx show to being. Well it did and went we arrived to review the SUV to see if we were happy. We walked around the SUV the paint job was HORRIBLE all over the suv there were spots that were bubbling on it and it had a junky clear lot on it to make it look wavy effect wasn’t “clear” at all-so since the clear coat was ate up everywhere from Bird xxxx they found spots on the hood, roof, whole back passenger door and above wheel and on left side. So the entire SUV had to be repainted....but it gets better folks...while they car lot and body shop we noticed that there had been scratches on both sides of the front bumper that COMPOUND wouldn’t remove! So yes they put scratches on our brand new newly painted SUV. Needless to say we called GM and got them involved because they didn’t take it to a GM body shop, also GM was wanting to know why a Brand New suv was needing painted anyways! This was a Brand New 2017 Chevy traverse with only 27 miles on it when we signed papers & to agree for this paint job. We ended up getting our money back from the car lot, but I would NEVER EVER recommend this car dealership to anyone who ever needed a vehicle! Walk instead folks...less of a headache!
Scott Ferguson, made buying my new car very easy. He did a good job explaining everything. There was no high sale pitch that you get from some other dealerships.
Car was done in the specified time as told to us by the service dept. Staff is always friendly and professional. Would recommend Spirit Chevy
Outstanding. Service, Professional. Very knowledgeable of product. Tremendous customer care. They do a great job of finding the right vehicle and explaining every detail of the trade and financing.
I located the vehicle that I was most interested in purchasing. Scott came and introduced himself and offered the keys for a test drive. While I was test driving, my trade was appraised. They made a very reasonable offer for my trade and a reasonable price for vehicle. This deal took about 20 minutes to complete. I had my own financing, so they put $25 worth of gas in the truck and I drove it to the credit union to complete the payment. Hassle free and very quick. I will definitely recommend this dealership
