We purchased our EV9 in 2024 from this dealership and have received necessary follow-up maintenance with the exception of new tires. We purchased the latter elsewhere because we wanted tires which would last longer than the ones on the vehicle at the time of purchase. We had about 20,000 miles on the vehicle after less than 2 years. As the primary driver I love the car but probably should have waited to purchase until there were reviews available on the vehicle. There are definitely improvements that I would look for were I in the market to purchase this model again. There have been several recalls on it and we have not been notified of all of them before showing up at the dealership for other service issues, including at the most recent visit. I anticipate visiting a new KIA dealership which is being built considerably closer to my home in the future so I don’t know if, or when, I may visit this dealership again.

Danielle is always customer focused. She is genuinely pleasant and happy to help everyone who comes in for service The service desk is a busy place and Danielle keeps everything moving, serving multiple customers simultaneously She is a huge asset for the Jim Butler service department Definitely 10/10!!!
