Excellent customer service, communication, and efficiency. I always leave Jim Butler Kia happy with my service.
The work was done in a very timely fashion, and it was fixed right on the first visit. This is especially important to me as I have to drive 45 minutes to get to the dealer. The communication was great and I am very satisified with the dealership.
