These people are terrible. I had to take my Fiat 500X in to have the engine replaced as the result of a recall. They kept the car for a week and refused to give me a loaner or pay for a rental. The service manager said he would check with corporate to see what could be done. Its been 2 months and he has not gotten back to me and he also does not return my phone calls. Also since getting the car back there are multiple issues with the entertainment/GPS system. I really like the car, but this dealership is just plain awful.

If we could give ZERO stars or MINUS Stars we would. We purchased two fiats, one less than 24,000 miles and had to replace the engine. The customer service in the service department is horrible. They cannot be reached, they do not return calls and the new engine that was installed already has the "needs oil light on"(which was the same previous issue) The new motor install was a fail, plus no rental available. Our other Fiat is at the service department, but they have failed to communicate what is wrong with the vehicle. BUYER BEWARE! DO not think for a moment that they care, once they have your money... you are pretty much on your own. They should permanently shut this place down!

This is the worst car dealership in Austin Texas. And it seems that Alfa Romeo they just added to their list of prestigious brands is a car that is truly Italian which means it will break all the time with faulty engine lights coming on even when the car is just brand new. Problem is trying to repair us Italian stallion a.k.a. alpha Romeo you'll have to go through the xxxx of dealing with the local dealer in Austin. They are very backward thinking not customer oriented nor are they true representative of these prestigious friends they represent like Maserati and Bently which all services done from one tiny space. I highly recommend you stay away from these brands and this dealership as there are totally useless and totally irresponsible for the Browns there a percent even if you buy a brand new car. I have been to Toyota show rooms that are 10 times better and 10 times more sophisticated and 10 times more elegant. You have been warned

These guys were wonderful. I bought a cheap used car and they treated me like I was buying the most expensive car in the joint. Jakob and Greg were terrific and very considerate of my time. A top-notch group of folks and wonderful to deal with. Just about the best dealer experience I have had in 40 years of collecting cars.
