The customer service was a good experience,he was Nice , courteous an worked in a professional way and I really appreciated the video explaining what was going on with my car.
Ed work hard with the extended warranty company to get things covered he always goes above and beyond
James has great customer service. He greeted me when I came to the counter. There was just a small issue with my part that was recalled wasn’t put on correctly. He called me and asked him. Could I bring it back in? Actually he offered for him or someone from the dealership to pick up the vehicle for me, which was really really convenient. I really love that and also my tank was full and they brought the vehicle back so I would definitely be bringing my car there if I have any issues thank you.
Very organized and easy to work with. Had my new vehicle up front and waiting for me when I arrived to go on a test drive.
When my automated brakes went out they fixed it within 3 days instead of 10 days like it was supposed to take I was very pleased.
