Courteous. Brandon was polite, Courteous and responsive. I wish they would wash may car without having to ask.
Appointment was on time. Waited for oil change and inspection. Courteous staff. Really liked the video of inspection.
We needed our filters changed and the lady said that we would bring them in and they would be done complementary and we got there and we were told we would be charged for them to be placed in the air filters so we did not get them replaced
