Straight up and honest Everything went smoothly in and out in no time. Highly recommend
Very nice service guy that was helpful. I just needed my first oil change and tires rotated. Waiting over 2 hours after expecting 1 hour is a big stretch for me. Not sure I'll be back to spend my whole afternoon getting an oil change.
Always greeted by Charles. I mean he's probably one of the nicest guys there to greet you as you enter. Those other gentleman on your right as you walk in is so cold and not welcoming. I've been coming to this dealership for the last 10/15 years and purchased at least 7 cars and those few guys have been the same. Thank God for Sammy, Charles , Melissa! The new group of caring associates. Being nice, kind and supportive goes a long way when working with the public.
Everyone was very helpful and we received quick and accurate communication. We highly recommend Jim Ellis Buick GMC. They also offered delivery of the vehicle since we were in a neighboring state and couldn't come in to the dealership.
