Overall, as far as car buying experiences are concerned, the folks at KIA Hollywood were fine. You just have to prepare yourself that you’ll be upcharged about $8,000 to the price listed on their website and work your way down to a price you are comfortable with. Personally, I thoroughly dislike the haggling - I appreciate you need to make money, so simply show me the price where you make a 15% profit. But that’s just me.
The service was fast. I appreciated the breakdown of the services will need for next visit.
My whole family drives a Kia and even though there are dealerships closer to our home, we service our cars here. The advisor (Kevin Mullins) knows our family’s cars and remembers us every time we take the cars for their “check ups’”
Excellent customer service from this dealership, I enjoyed the experience buying a kia there, I never see so many people buying in a dealership at the same time before, Danilo took us to a test drive and explained everything and every detail of the car, and we fall in love with it, I'm definitely referring friends and family to this dealership
