Wasted my time with a textbook bait-and-switch. I confirmed a test drive twice before driving out, only to be told the car wasn't ready upon arrival. The sales team (Rob/Terry) is high-pressure and dishonest. They tried to claim there was no price difference between trims just to up-sell me. This is the definition of unprofessionalism. I will be taking my business elsewhere and suggest you do the same
just got a kia k5 from them they worked hard to get where i needed to be for the payment and it was an awsome experince
awful experience total waste of time and completely misleading. rather surprised at how disingenuous Ca*** was perhaps just very poorly organized. in any case certainly last case. option in my personal experience..
Leased a new EV6 today and was taken care of by Jonathan Roots. He was extremely helpful and down to earth. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was pleasant to chat with. Manny was also great and helped work out a comfortable deal for everyone.
We purchased a 2026 KIA EV9 two months ago and left a sterling review of the sales department and the dealership generally . Yesterday, we had special service and routine evaluations at the Service Department and the entire experience was outstanding. Our concerns were all managed perfectly and expertly. The personnel were well qualified, courteous and helpful. In particular, special praise is due our Service Advisor, Stephanie Morales. She was personable, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and went way out of her way to be helpful. If you own a KIA, which itself is recommendable, I strongly encourage you to have your vehicle serviced at Team KIA of El Cajon and do yourself a favor and ask for Stephanie Morales as your Service Advisor!
