Ok so stay the xxxx away from Auto Outlet of Vineland the DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL!!!!  on December 9, 2022 I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 for my 17 year son 1st car for Christmas had to hide it from him till Christmas so I drove it around a little bit put about 500 miles on it. Gave it to him on Christmas. He was super excited. On December 30, 2022 he got his license and took the car out for the first time by himself, he had it for four hours and the motor BLEW UP CALLED AND TALK TO THEM AND THEY SAY THAT’S WHAT YOUR WARRANTY IS FOR. I ENDED UP ONLY GETTING $1200 FOR A MOTOR THAT COST $6000 which doesn’t include labor so I went there and talk to Steve and tried to get some money back. He refused, said he would find me a motor at a cheaper price because he’s a dealer well, he couldn’t beat the prices I got, and he was waiting on a few more to call him back, he never touch base with me never called me back xxxxxxx!!! So do yourself a favor and stay the xxxx away from these guys yeah they may talk nice but that’s just because they want to sell you a piece of xxxx and not stand behind it!!! SHARE SHARE SHARE  let’s make this place be known not to buy from them!!!  PS let’s make them social media famous

They wanted $8995, $2k over what KBB AND Edmunds had, for a Ford Ranger. I saw on the CarFax report that it had been recently inspected by a local Ford dealer. The technician I spoke to there said they estimated the truck needed $4.5k of work.

Just when I thought that a honest used car dealer was an oxymoron, I found Auto Outlet of Vineland New Jersey. We found this used car dealership by broadening our search for the vehicle we were looking for. It was a 2 hour trip from Pennsylvania and we had been of numerous wild goose chases previously to other dealerships looking for our car. I called and Jack answered the phone, I told him we were far away and he said when you want to come look at the vehicle, you can call and we will hold it until you get here so it's not a wasted trip.I had several questions about the vehicle and he told me he couldn't answer those questions, one, he was downloading info on his computer, and two, the vehicle wasn't on the lot for him to look at. I told him we would call back later. We called again later and the owner Steve answered the phone. I told him we were interested in the vehicle but had a 2 hour ride. I asked him what was wrong with the vehicle. He was honest with me and told me what was wrong. I asked about oil leaks, and he said it was dry underneath. Like I was going to believe that.We decided to go look at it. We arrive and Steve gave us a good 5 minutes to look the vehicle over before he came out and sure enough everything he said was TRUE, EVEN the dry under the engine!! He photocopied our driver's license and left the 2 of us take it out as long as needed. We bought the vehicle and are absolutely thrilled with it. After 6 weeks of being lied to by used car dealers, it was very nice to find an honest one. Thanks Jack and Steve!!

These guys are great. Super friendly and helpful. They gave us a great deal on a 2010 Nissan Sentra, helped us with the financing (referred us to BOFCU, which is an amazing credit union we wouldn't have found otherwise), and were very timely with everything on their end. The first day we had the car, we had a problem with the muffler (a connecting piece had rusted off) and they not only referred us to a great mechanic, but they also paid for the service. The cost was minimal, but we really appreciated the gesture. Overall, we were very nervous about the whole process, and they made it so quick and easy. We love our car and would definitely go back to Auto Outlet for another purchase.
