The service department at this dealership is outstanding. I've dealt with the same advisor (Jonathan) for years and always come away satisfied and pleased with my decision to use this dealership for things like oil changes, tire rotation, coolant flushes and so forth. Shocking, really, when you consider the reputation car dealers suffer generally. Not here, though; this service department may be small but they're professional, quick and true to their word (my appointment always holds up).

I had a very disappointing experience working with Mike, the finance manager at Kia, when I leased two vehicles. What should have been an exciting and straightforward process turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable situation. From the start, communication was poor and I felt like I wasn’t being treated with honesty or respect. Important details were either glossed over or not clearly explained, and I had to repeatedly ask for clarification on basic terms. Instead of being helpful, Mike came across as dismissive and more focused on pushing paperwork through than making sure I understood what I was signing. Leasing one vehicle is a big decision—leasing two should come with even more care and professionalism. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. I left feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as a customer. I would strongly recommend that anyone working with this dealership double-check everything and consider asking for a different finance manager. This experience definitely left a bad impression.
