What Others Say

I do not have high expectations. Only minimal expectations, however it has been a month since I brought my car in. First, they ordered the wrong parts, had to send them back. Three weeks later the right parts came in. I called and was told that the car was currently being worked on and would be ready in a few days. So, four days later I call back and can't get ahold of anyone who is willing to talk to me about my car. Finaly Marty calls me back, turns out they are not even working on my car it is in line to be worked on in "chronological order". So, you're telling me that it has been there a month now and it's not first in line. My new time frame is the end of next week the beginning of the following week. Meanwhile I am having to barrow rides and cars to get to work. This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with getting a vehicle fixed. Kia of Cheyenne needs to clean house! I have already told one potential buyer to go to Fort Collins.

Absolutely the best dealership I have ever worked with on a car purchase! They have wonderful deals and are honest. Terrific experience. Bryan Ciccone was outstanding! This dealership I would not hesitate to recommend! Thanks Bryan for being so kind and giving me superior customer first service! Kathy Newport

Absolutely amazing service department. I was in the middle of my cross country travel and ran into issues with my sunroof. Gave them a call and they got me in right away and got it fixed up within an hour. If you EVER need anything done and are near Cheyenne, stop in and ask for Jared. Absolutely outstanding experience and amazing first impression of Wyoming.

I got in touch with this dealer online getting an appraisal for my car. After a short while I got a call from Ed Petersen a salesman at the dealer and he asked me some questions about my car like had I gotten an appraisal on it recently and I said no. But the last one I got wasn't very good in my opinion, so I told him a little about my car and he said he would talk to Darrin the sales manager and call me back. So before to long Ed called back and told me that Darrin had said what he thought the car was worth without even seeing my car. I was extremely pleased at what he valued my car at and I thought if he could get me that much money for my car it would pay it off with a little extra to go towards my down payment. So I went to the dealer not really expecting them to be able to get me a deal I was comfortable with. I met with Ed and began to look at cars and did some test driving before I found one that would meet my needs. They drove my car and then we started the process of working things out and I mentioned to Ed some things I was concerned about and he said don't worry about that right now. So after awhile Ed comes back with an offer and I looked it over and was completely satisfied at what I say. They gave me exactly the price of what they said they would do on the phone and just the right terms I needed. Thanks Ed and Darrin for everything and anyone looking for a great car dealer and awesome people to work with, Go see Ed Petersen and Darrin the sales manager

Well, it's unfortunately time to share a story. We leased an 18 Optima SXL. This is the top of the line Optima with every feature. At the time of this writing, the car has been in the shop for a full month. The same vehicle has been in and out of their service department close to 50 (yes, fifty...I can't even make this up) times. It's been such a terrible experience. Marty, the face of their service department has lied straight to our faces, even when confronted with evidence of his dishonesty. We've been cheated out of the opportunity to drive the car. We've only got 10 months left of our three year lease and the car still has not been repaired. These guys will act as if they'll help but keep you spinning indefinitely. Often we were asked to just drop off the car and they'd "try" to get to it. There were many times where we were never notified if anything had been done. There's been sooo many problems that I couldn't begin to make a full list on here. I will never recommend anyone taking their chances here.

Kia of Cheyenne was worth the drive all the way from Sheridan. For my part, I knew exactly what car and price I wanted (well under MSRP), as well as exactly what I wanted for my trade-in. They made all of it happen for me. I drove down on a Wednesday and was in and out with my new vehicle in less than an hour. It would have been much sooner but my bank was moving slowly. I worked with Ed Peterson over the phone and he was great but wasn’t available the day that I actually came down from Sheridan (last minute on my part, not his fault) but Ed Jones stepped in and took care of everything. I wouldn’t call this a budget operation at all but there’s nothing pretentious or flashy here. Just regular guys selling great cars. I highly recommend contacting either of the Ed’s if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
