NO communication or follow up from Joe; Sales, Terry; Sales Manager, Brandon ; Finance or Bob the GM. More than 20 days have lapsed since I made the Yark team aware in writing and verbally that I was canceling the intent to purchase a 2025 Crown Signia AND repeatedly requested the $1000 deposit refund. I have written communication that the deposit was fully refundable (minus the 3% CC fee) yet have had every follow up message ignored. Thankfully after sending emails to Terry Barnes and Bob Piehl yesterday requesting a phone call, a Yark representative Ginger Morgan has sent several text messages that "our team is currently reviewing your refund request and all related communications. We are looking into this and will get back with you with the necessary details" Buyer beware - the staff was very communicative in trying to close the sale but has not responded to one email, text or phone call to resolve the outstanding refund. If a team of 4+ can blatantly dismiss my repeat refund request, I cannot fathom the disregard a customer with sales or service issues may experience.
Take your business anywhere but here. Found out the day we bought a new Toyota Crown, that exact car was selling for $3300 less at a dealership 2 hours south. Called Joe, our salesman, and asked for an explanation. I asked that the sales manager, Scott Duncan, give me a call. No phone call. Called his boss, Bob Piehl. Was told he would investigate. No return phone call. Spoke with Ross Lundqueist, GM at Yark. Was told he would discuss with Bob, no return phone call. Called Bob and was told that they gave me way too much for my pitiful trade in and they would never be able to sell it. My 2017 Prius, which I had purchased new at Yark, sold within 2 weeks. Finally called Toyota Brand Engagement Center. Total waste of my time. They apologized for Yark and was told the GM would call within 48 hours. No phone call. Called engagement center back and explained I never received a call. They responded that they could not make Yark Toyota of Maumee call back! This dealership does not have the courtesy to return my calls and discuss this issue, Hope after reading this you will ask yourself, are you really getting a good deal from this hometown dealership?

Buyer beware! My husband and I bought a used car from Joe Churcb, experience was terrible! We did buy a car with 45,000 miles but we had asked Joe about the tires and was told they were good. A few months after purchase we were told one tire totally "shot" and unsafe. When I called Yark I spoke with Michelle who asked if I took a test drive and did I notice problems with tires! Really? Then she was quick to ask if I would like to make an appointment to purchase new tires! Also when car was serviced they noticed some type of substance on the battery that had to be cleaned! I'm wondering if car was serviced before we purchased! We have purchased Toyota for 20+ yrs but obviously not reliable!

Dealership said they supported enterprise fleet. Made an appointment. Dropped off vehicle. Dealership had vehicle for nearly 2hrs during my work day only to call and tell me they don’t support enterprise fleet. Wasted work hours for me on multiple days. Didn’t service my vehicle.
