Greg and the service department were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Arrange for a ride home since he recommended I leave my car due to the nail in the tire for safety reasons until they could get a tire to replace it which he did the next day and got it done by 10:00am. Very pleased with everything.
I brought my Trax to the Spitzer service department without an appointment to have my check engine light evaluated and I was accommodated immediately fully expecting to have to schedule an appointment. Needless to say I was very happy to have my vehicle fixed on the same day! Spitzer is clean, efficient and professional!
