Online process was easy. It was fast and an easy process for my son to get approved for a first time buyer. Tori was great!
Tori was very helpful and friendly. Even though I came from another state she handled all the paperwork to get the new car registered. Painless for me.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Went over the app for phone setup and showed us how to use the settings in the car. Just plain nice and small to wish.
I had issues with a window tint when I bought my car and she fixed it but still have issues. Although she didn’t seem to want to take the time to go actually look at the second time I had the windows fixed, to see the problems I was still having, bubbles and rippling in the tinted window, She said I could wait a few weeks and take it back to the tint guy if I still have this same issue otherwise it’s been a great experience.
Tori was knowledgeable and friendly. She shared key information but gave space for us to make our decision. She was able to get the exact car we wanted at a fair price. I highly recommend her and the dealership
