Dear god... For service, promptness, communication, warranty.... etc. you name it! For everything above, this dealership is trash! I made the mistake of towing my warrantied Hyundai here. $2300 and a long time later, I get my car back. Sick, glad I bought a HYundai for their warranty! In all seriousness, I've purchased 3x brand new Hyundais over multiple decades for both myself and my family. Never again!

I have had the hardest time with this Hyundai Hickory Hollow unfortunately. My dilemma now is that they won’t give me my license plates. The GM said it could take 60 days and we are at 62 days. He has stopped returning my calls and seems to have blocked my email address. I talked to a rep at the DMV in Tennessee and they said average time for license plates now is 20 days. I don’t know if they are withholding my plates for some reason and if I’ll ever get them. It really sucks to have a brand new car you can’t drive because the plates are expired. I have had to rent a car for the last 9 days and who knows how much longer. I’ve even reported this to the police, not sure if they will do anything.

Have contacted this dealership for almost two weeks. Attempting to speak with their general manager for a warranty related issue. So far no returned calls. Meanwhile my 78 year old mother, who did buy the car from Downtown Hyundai, remains extremely upset in limbo with a broken vehicle and no assistance from either the General Manager or the Service Manager. Have reached out to the Parent company for help.

Everyone was very helpful. I would recommend 10 out of 10. Sales man Malcolm was very nice and helpful from beginning to end.

Drew was super helpful in selection and options. He demonstrated all car features and made sure I was comfortable with the vehicle prior to leaving. The finance manager was super nice. I was treated well from the beginning to the end. the dealership was clean and well stocked. I am happy with my new Tuscon purchase and the 0% finance from Hyundia.
