I honestly don't understand how this place can remain in business! The name of "First Cass Auto Sales" IS A JOKE..Should be more like "LOW CLASS AUTO SALES." By far the rudest most unprofessional place I have ever dealt with. This should be the last place ANYONE should go if u need a vehicle. The lady (xxxxxxx) seems to be used to bullying people by sending threatening text messages and insulting them. Don't buy from here...

A bunch of xxxxxxx owners and salesman....Bought a car for my daughter...Was told By Vincent D that the car the car went through a safety check by his mechanic an only needed Two ( 2) o2 sensors. The brakes would pass and tires were good. Well the didn't lie about the tires. The car needs $1,100.00 to get through inspection. The front and rear brakes are shot with rotors and drums. The O2 sensors are shot. The EGR Valve is shot...Oh and the day we took the car for a test drive the weather was sunny (no floor mats) The day we picked the car up. Heavy duty floor mats in the car...Covering up the lake in the floor from the leaky sunroof. Waaaay to take advantage of an 18 year old that saved her money. Guess we should have ran when we took a Jeep Cherokee for a test drive and blew the transmission but then again Vincent D told us it was low on fluid

So I bought a 2002 Subaru Forester S for $4,500. Seemed pretty good deal since the car had a little over 140,000 miles. After buying the car I brought it home, to Maryland over an hour away, and about 2 weeks of owning the car I notice spots on my driveway, something was leaking. So I got under the car to have a look and what do I see, antifreeze all over the steering rack. So I take it to my local Subaru dealer and on the way to the dealer the check engine light comes on, well come to find out the head gaskets were bad and it had a P0420 code (catalytic converter efficiency below threshold). I contacted the dealer multiple times and received no help what so ever even though I was still under the 90 day, 1,000 mile warranty. 1st Class Auto Sales refused to do anything about it and ignored my calls; the quality of their customer service is extremely poor. At one point I ask for the manager/owner and was told he was out but they would give him the message and yet still no returned phone call. So with NO help from 1st Class Auto Sales, I had to spend $2,200 to have the head gaskets replaced and another $600 for a new catalytic converter. So the price of the car and repair coasts, that’s a total of $7,300, so please DO NOT buy a car from 1st Class Auto Sales in Langhorne, PA, but if you must, PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have your mechanic look over the car before you buy, BUYERS BEWARE!!!
