Instead of someone checking on us in the parking lot, we had to find someone to help us. Our salesman was not eager to be there; no enthusiasm for the vehicle, the sale or us. We were told - we'll be closing soon. So our travel from out of state would have to be repeated. The next day was a Saturday and we were told the dealership would be open until 1p. Yet when we called repeatedly before noon, no one answered. We shouldn't have to seek out the sale. We shouldn't struggle to get info or hope someone answers the phone. Poor customer service.
