Kris Bowman, our salesman found the car of or dreams. He had answers to all our questions about the vehicle and we enjoyed working with him very much. He was pleasant, polite, informative and fun. The service staff is a very important factor in this equation because u will be bringing ur vehicle for service to the location where u purchased it. N I trust Lexus of Tucson for service 100%. My service advisor is Reggie Stevens who has made my day twice. He is dependable, honest person who will tell what your vehicle is needing, what he would repair if it was his vehicle. He will work with u if no appointment was made n get u in for service. He will LISTEN to u n explain in detail what the maintenance is about. I’ve been to Lexus on Speedway n they just did a tire service n never heard a status quo on time or got a handshake to make me feel like a valued customer. Reggie Stevens will greet with a big smile n introduce himself , followed him to his cubicle n ask u ur reason for being there, he then escorts u to the lounge which has been remodeled n looks pretty impressive. They provide pastries, assorted chips, teas, coffee, soda machine, n of course water bottles. While u wait, ur car is being looked at n a mechanic comes in with a printed sheet as to what your problem. The print also contains labor hours, parts. If needed n fees. Next ur advisor finds u n again u get escorted to his cubicle, where he goes in details about ur parts n fees. U agree n then the work gets started. Reggie will also come out n give u n estimate time about getting the work done. He will check often with n how ur doing if u are waiting for a couple of hrs. If u go early enough n the service will take longer than 3 hrs, they will provide a rental at their expense. All this is discussed when scheduling ur appointment, which I have done before. This last time I just showed up n waited for my vehicle but Reggie just scheduled me with his positive attitude n took care of my problem. I love getting my vehicle service there because everyone is so nice n happy. 😊 I trust the mechanics n know I won’t have a mishap happen to me for work done there. Also, their outside greeters are always so pleasant n polite. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟for Lexus of Tucson at the Auto Mall! Did I mention my advisor gives me a callback to see how everything is working.
