Wow! Second vehicle purchased from Audi Henderson. Same salesman/salesfriend, Mr Ben Ward. Simply put: Product knowledge 10, Attention to detail/us 10, No slick talk 10, Ben Ward, "i need a new car same model as before. Gave me choices an we picked one. Ben Ward, "ok, I will put some #'s together". My number is ### per month. Ben, "ok i will see you in the morning" side note this was Friday late in front of my home with the vehicle in question. OK Ben see you then. Sat morning wife's new A3 sitting amongst a few Lambos ready to go. Finance time, monthly payment is, wait for it.. Exactly what I expressed i needed it to be! I expected different. Mr. Ben Ward no nonsense professional. We enjoyed the experience of adding a new car payment to our account even when we didn't want to do such a thing. Another story. Side Note, we decided to test drive the car this time. We did so with full confidence it would not be eventful and it wasn't. btw The test drive took longer then anyother part of the buying process. Purchased a 2024 Audi S3 Prestige in Nov 2024. Bob Breisch was my salesman. Bob is a no nonsense salesperson. I believe he is looking after his company and he is also doing right by his customer. I would purchase a vehicle from Henderson Audi and Bob again. Service dept. can be a little complicated sometimes but it also can be manageable. Go to Miles if you can. I'm sure the other guys are great, I just have been happy with Miles in the service dept. I can tell you with the utmost honesty the other dealership in Vegas does not have their ducks in a row. What an incredibly smooth experience. After a long day of traveling to collect my new Q8, Johnathan Menser ensured that the entire process was remarkably seamless. I appreciate his patience with both my wife and me as we navigated our numerous questions, which helped us feel comfortable with such a significant family purchase. Audi Henderson will undoubtedly be our preferred choice for future Audi vehicles.

AVOID Jonathan Menser at all costs. If we had not already committed to purchasing an Audi, meeting this one snake would have completely canceled the deal. He was unprofessional, and a downright bully. He never left the room for us to discuss what package we wanted, and he also never described fully what each package was. He works mainly on commission and he gets a minimum of 10% to 20% OF ALL PURCHASED WARRANTY PACKAGES. HE WAS CONNIVING AND MANIPULATIVE AND HE USED THE WORDS, “I WILL NOT GIVE YOU A DISCOUNT ON ANY OF THESE PACKAGES, NOT BECAUSE I CAN’T BUT BECAUSE I WON’T for you people” he kept us in his office for a little over two hours. He belittled us, insulted us, and told us that we had to make a decision right there, and then before leaving the office. His tone, and the way he speaks is extremely condescending. This snake should never be around people. We would have canceled the whole sale if we had met this one unprofessional person.. as a professional myself I have never been talked to like this in my entire life. He should have been fired for his unprofessional and insulative conduct. I did consult with the general manager and still nothing was done. Again. AVOID THIS PERSON AT ALL AND ANY COST
