What Others Say

This is the first time that I have ever bought and traded in a car at an official dealership and the salesman and the dealership made the process amazing and super easy to make sure that what I wanted was done. Great service, would recommend to everyone that I can.

Overall the buying experience was about what I expected. The initial sales rep I was working with did not seem to value my time and acted as if I was wasting his time asking questions to make sure the vehicle was the right fit for me. Once I found a vehicle I liked, I made an appointment with the original guy to sit down and make a deal, only for him to bail last minute, presumably to make a bigger sale. In my opinion, this is no way to treat your customers or build a reputation as a trustworthy dealership. I get that sales reps work on commissions, but if you set an appointment I expect it to be kept, not tossed aside for the next biggest fish. At that point, why even have appointments? That said, the sale was handed off to Jordan and he did a great job. Despite the vehicle being advertised at lower than MSRP (by a sister dealer), we had some lively exchange before agreeing on a number, but all things considered Jordan helped me get the vehicle for an extremely fair price and delivered to Fairbanks for free. He was great in helping navigate the paperwork and payment, and was overall a level-headed and nice guy. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Fairbanks Chevy has always been my place to go for all vehicle needs. Whether I’m buying or simply getting service for my vehicle. They always pulled through. With My good friend Andrey in Chevy Finance, Curtis McNeal has done a great job stepping up to the plate and helping me secure another vehicle. I recommend Curtis because he is friendly, cool and is always a vibe.

Great customer service...fast and easy transaction...great experience.. enjoying my new vehicle...will recommend customers

It was a very good experience overall. I was, however, slightly disappointed that I couldn’t take delivery of my vehicle on the day the sale was made, but rather five days afterwards. But all is well now, the car is fantastic, and I love it. So perhaps I’ll be a little more patient as I cruise through this next chapter of my life. Much thanks to Curtis as well as Lithia Chevrolet. I do have one suggestion. If at all possible, you might want to display a Corvette. Nothing draws men Into a dealership more than seeing a brand new Corvette. Trust me on this one. And I would go with the color, red or blue.

Fairbanks Chevy is very helpful answering all my questions and very knowledgeable I would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle
