Anatomy of a really bad car dealership!! First of all, I told the salesman (George) that I was really struggling with my M.S. and I needed them to be upfront with me. He told me as a christian that is the only way he knows. The finance person I dealt with was (Christian) and he gave me basically the same song and dance. My part in this, I did not ask enough questions...mostly because my mental state was not great at this time and I felt these two men would do right by me. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!! Fresno Mazda added a number of charges that I never agreed on and/or told me these services came with the car. 1) The price of the CX30 was what they told me $22,710.00 2) They added a charge that was never talked about or explained. On line 2 they added a Door Guard charge for $695.00!!!! What the xxxx? 3) While I was in the middle of discussing the price and Fred told me the price of the car comes with LoJack theft deterrent and I needed to download the App. That I did. 4) I was also told it came with Zurich Shield. A surface protection product. 5) Well, they didn't come with the car they were optional. That said, I was charged$1,341.00 for LoJack and $1,295 for Zurich Shield. 6) I have called Fresno Mazda several times to discuss these charges and no one will talk to me about them and I am always told someone will call me back...NEVER GET A CALL BACK. 7) Another charge is on line (L) Debt cancellation charge or guarantee asset protection waiver for $895.00. What is this! Absolutely the worst car dealer I have ever known! GREAT JOB!!!!
First real car purchase for my daughter couldn't have been better. Our salesguy, Moe was very friendly and seemed to know what we were going to ask before we asked the questions. Our financing rate came back a little higher than I would have liked and the finance guy Christian, worked very hard to find a lender with better rates. Could not be happier with our new Mazda and would definitely recommend this team.
Isaic, Thank you for life time oil change in service dep. 5 star service. I recommend getting oil change only at Mazda dealership, I’ve been going here for 16 years. Ask for Isaic.
Went into the service dept to inquire about this key that under the dash with a light and my key fob not working. The guy there told not to touch the key with the light incase my car doesn't start. He told me that most likely I need to purchase a new key fob but didn't say if I could buy one there. He took batteries out of mine and didn't even know how to put them back in. Its like he didn't even want to help me. I can't even begin to tell you how stupid this is and for this guy to tell me not to touch something in my car incase my car doesn't start and im at mazda the dealer ship of my vechile. If this isn't so unprofessional I don't what is..
I have loved my car and would love to leave a higher review but after having my email to the service manager ignored I find this is the best place to air my issue. I bought my car certified pre-owned and you would think that means every thing would be pretty much like new condition and everything pretty much was except for the battery which was and still is showing signs of corrosion, when I brought it up to one of the employees in the service department he said "it is not a Mazda part so we don't have to check it or replace it unless it is dead". I even have a picture that show a little bit of the corrosion dated to my purchase date of the car. While my Subaru was living xxxx sometimes due to a meh interior the dealership took care of issues that they caused and would have covered something as simple as corrosion on a battery. In short lovely car, crappy response to an issue they ignored not sure I would get my car serviced here for anything outside of warranty work.
I was very impressed with Richard my mechanic. He took me on a test drive to actually see if I could feel the pulling to the right. He also explained in detail what he did. I was very impressed with this young man and wished more people treated their customers like this. Also my advisor Ronnie was fantastic. Because of these 2 employees my experience was very good.
