Excellent service advisor, knowledgeable easy to work with completely understood what I needed and the communication was excellent
Angela was my service advisor. I brought my 2020 Jeep gladiator in for Service without an appointment. Angela was able to get me worked into the schedule in a very timely manner. I have always had excellent service from the service department at the dealership all the service advisors and service team are top-notch and very knowledgeable on all the cars and trucks they sell in service. I highly recommend Angela and the rest of the service team at Gallatin Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram
I feel that you have great service workers, the repairs are always spot on, my only complaint is I feel the prices are too high.
Angela in service is one of the main reasons. I return here. She always goes out of her way to make sure , I am taken care of when I have service done. This is my fourth year straight and second vehicle from you all. Angela is all about getting whats done for you the first time. She kicks xxx and chews bubble gum and shes all out of bubblegum!
Made an online appointment for an oil change for my Jeep and get it scheduled for the next day. Staff was helpful and got me back on the road in no time.
