Criswell Ford is a very good dealership. I have been a customer for many years and have been extremely pleased with them.
When looking at scheduling service, I thought I'd see how Damion was doing. Although all his reviews are positive, I was surprised to see there is such a low number. But, I'm as guilty as the next guy. Anyway, Damion is an EXCELLENT member of your sales staff. Not your typical "sales pressure" kind of guy. He was there when we needed him, to answer our questions, etc. Great person to work with, plus he likes hot sauce!
The experience of trading my Explorer for a new 2025 RS was seamless. I bought it for the towing capacity to take my antique car to shows, etc., that are just too far for my 1931 Model A.
