The service (Oil Change) and new tires was flawless and the staff very helpful. My issue is with a recall that Ford has had a fix since April - and to date i have not been able to have it repaired - or even a status beyond that part (Rear Axil Half Shaft and hub assembly) is on order. I have friends in other parts of the country that have the same truck and had the repair with in 8 weeks of Ford sending out information that the recall issue is available for repair.
