I can’t say enough about how assertive and customer driven the employees at Danbury KIA are. Upon arrival I was greeted expeditiously by Moody who from there made me feel extremely comfortable in moving forward with a purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable in the car sales process and went above and beyond to assure I was getting a vehicle I would love. The staff all worked together with each member providing above and beyond customer service. True team efforts from the door to the final stroke of the pen. Grateful for the opportunity to purchase at Danbury Kia.
Very accommodating car was ready when they said it would be. I had another great experience at Kia.
Remy was helpful, felt like we had to jump through a few hoops to get the correct final numbers and could have been easier, but overall Remy made it a quick process and answered our questions great.
