BEWARE FELTON HOLLY KIA IS THE WORST TO DEAL WITH!! 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE NOT SENT IN MY DMV PAPERWORK AND MY TAGS ARE NOW BEING SUSPENDED. THEIR GM ERIC CAMBELL LIES AND THEIR SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE HANGS UP ON YOU. THEY SCREWED ME AND THEY HAVE ARE AGHAST THAT I'M MAD THAT MY TAGS ARE BEING SUSPENDED BECAUSE OF THEM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I NEVER WILL AGAIN

Never EVER go to Holly kia. They make you sit for hours to wear you down, then push you through the paperwork at lightning speed so you don't catch how they rip you off. I mentioned the tires on the vehicle causing a vibration and wanted them changed before purchase. Salesman said they are new tires. So we buy it anyway, and of course the tire shop says we need new tires when we get it looked at the next day. The dealership couldn't even be bothered to put decent tires on to seal the deal. I'll never go back here. You shouldn't either.

Horrible experience with the sales manger who is John Wy he was rude to me and he knows nothing about customer service, he offended me and never was able to prive a specific APR. I would never buy a car from this specific place. I will never ever come back to Holly Kia in Felton!
