I've called and left several messages for the Finance Dept., and also sent an email to the GM and GSM in regards my financial transaction and have not received a response from anyone. It has been well over a week and no one seems to care to take care of my situation. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Mak Haik Temple, or any location if this is how they conduct business.
I think your service department is terrible. I don't think I've ever received such poor service.
Dealership about sales-not support. Promises made, not followed up on. Had to be a pest in order to get dealership to order floor mats, that were promised as part of the sales. Salesperson did not order mats as promised. Had to deal with parts manager-wrong mats were ordered. Made me drive over to dealership for plates and mats-(1 hour drive one way) Wrong mats! Eventually took some out of a new vehicle, as I had suggested when I took vehicle home. Salesperson never met with me regarding features on PU. Salesperson told by Sales manager to wash and fill up PU.. Salesperson stated that she was unable to get any gas into PU. I put $16.00 worth after I left dealership. Salesperson / Asst. Sales person / Sales manager never Thanked me for my buisness. Several messages left to get answers to questions-never returned phone calls.
Excellent. I felt valued, heard, appreciated and respected. Knowing they were hearing my needs and trying to honor them in every aspect.
Excellent and personalized service. Tailored to what you ask for and need. Took time to explain everything, answer everything and truly listen. Great service and Highly recommend!!!
