After a disappointing experience in the service department, I wandered over to the showroom while waiting for my vehicle. MaryLou asked if I needed anything and I hesitated to share my experience, but when I did, she listened respectfully, and quietly made the situation right even though it was outside of her department. When I'm ready to buy a new vehicle, she is the one I'll seek out to assist me.

Superb experience. I have a classic Jaguar that was due for several items of routine service. The mechanics also did a complete comprehensive inspection. They have an in-house window tinting service also- they did a perfect job on her window tinting service!!! Highly recommended!!!
