My husband and I recently went to Royal Jaguar Land Rover in Tucson to test drive a CPO Defender 90. We had the pleasure of working with MaryLou Monroe, who was incredibly knowledgeable about Land Rover in general as well as the specific vehicle we’d come to see. She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, helped us get acclimated to the vehicle before heading out on our test drive, and showed us how to use the safety features we were interested in (as well as some neat features we hadn’t been aware of like the 360 camera). When we returned, Tim Taylor (who was also incredibly wonderful to work with) and my husband went over the off-road hill setup - it was both terrifying and exciting to watch! All in all, this was an incredibly low-pressure, exciting, and friendly sales process. Even though we were only CPO buyers, you wouldn’t have known it by the service received. I believe we were treated with the same respect and attention as new buyers receive.
