The sales associate I worked with, Daniel Wafer, made me feel very comfortable. He took his time to explain everything to me and showed me a variety of cars. He was very easy to work with. The finance associate was also very easy to work with and he went line by line, twice, to show me exactly what I was being charged for. This was done when we were signing papers to purchase the car. I appreciated that very much. Overall I had a very good experience and would recommend this dealer. The only thing was we came in pre-approved with a loan from a credit union and they still submitted my information to other banks for a loan. I don't remember authorizing it but something could have gotten crossed with communication. Just be aware that car dealerships will submit to other banks and if you don't want that you should make it clear up front. I would highly recommend this dealer. I love my car.
