Olathe Subaru was excellent to work with and I will only be going to them in the future. They made the trade-in so seamless and without stress. They treated me with respect and kindness. Everything happened in a timely manner and when things went a little linger-they offered me a courtesy car, so I didn’t have to sit around and wait. A week later I went downtown to the Uptown Theater and had the misfortune of someone stealing my temporary tag- Olathe Subaru again was on top of it and took care of everything to help me-making my life easier. We had the best experience with Subaru of Olathe. We stopped by on a whim at 4:30 on a Saturday afternoon and figured we would have to come back on Monday to complete the day given it was so late in the day on Saturday. We had a pre-approval through Mazuma and they were able to execute the loan right there at the dealer, on a Saturday afternoon the bank had already closed! I LOVE their no pressure, no hidden fee's, no finance department, team approach. We worked with Olivia and Ricky and they were so friendly, helpful and great to work with. We were out of there in just about an hour flat. I will definitely be buying our cars from them moving forward. They're honest, truly no haggle/no hidden fee's approach and fair pricing can't be beat!
