Minor issues. Salesperson wasn't helpful. I ended up dealing with the manger who helped rectify the situation. Jason was really accommodating and I would do business with him.

I had a very bad experience with this dealership ( Kelvin, Sam and Jason the owner) and if you are considering buying from them, please RUN AWAY when you still can. I went in to purchase a CLS550 and paid it up in cash and later realized that it had structural damage, which was not disclosed and they brushed it off when l confronted them. More bad things transpired and the case is on going. The owner refused to settle it amicably and preferred litigation.

o not waste your time! Drove all the way from Jersey for a car that was posted on the internet. I called various times to confirm that the car was still there! HAlf tank of gas and $40 later in tolls, we get there and, of course, the vehicle was in for service with no way of even looking at it!. Oh but they did try to sell us something else, totally different from what we even wanted! They lost a good deal because of their dishonesty and scamming. We're talking about a $30,000 car! This guy was dressed like he was ready to go play basketball! Just overall bad business! I'm glad this happened the way it did. Could have been much worse! Guess, I should have read the reviews!

We were looking for a specific car with a low mileage, clean and good mechanical shape - so we drove all the way from central NJ, because we have seen the listing and thought this might be it. We weren't disappointing - we met Sebastian, who had an excellent knowledge, devoted plenty of time to answer to all of our many questions (even stayed late to finish all the transactions) and was very professional and reasonably accommodating. Even though we asked way too many questions and inquired various information about the car, to all of these he answered very knowledgeably and professionally. Needless to say, we left the Bayside Imports the same day with the car we have seen and liked - I love this car - it's everything I wanted in MB GLK350. I would highly recommend this dealership, and I'm happy to say that when I need another car, I wouldn't mind driving all the way to Bayside NY just to do business with Sebastian again. Thank you! Go to any other place but here. I bought a car from them. A week later I went to pick up the second key which was part of the deal. Within few minutes, they took my plates off and started telling me how the bank only approved 20k and I have to pay 4.5k out of my pocket. Why would you give me the car and tell me that a week later. Then they tried to call police saying I stole the car. Thank God I had the paper work. Got my down payment.

I was looking in cars.com for a Mercedes c300, then I saw one very cheap from bayside imports. At the beginning I was a little bit worry for some bad reviews, but I decided go to see the car. The car was in mint condition, but had one accident on carfax, so they let me bring the car to helms brothers Mercedes to make sure everything was good with car and the accident wasn't nothing big. The car was hit in the rear bumper, but they told me the car has no problem and still has the factory warranty for another two years. Im very happy with my car, and the experience buying the car was great. I recommend bayside imports to anyone who is looking to buy a luxury car, they have really good prices.
