The salesperson I worked with, Rolando, defied every negative stereotype I had about used car dealers. Knowing that I was a two-hour drive from the showroom, he agreed to do all the negotiation on price upfront so that I wouldn't make the trip for nothing if we weren't in the same range. He asked me what price I would consider: I told him and he got it approved. I was apprehensive about buying a car sight unseen so he went out to the lot, took detailed photos, and answered every question I had candidly.
