Very dishonest people. If you drive more than a few minutes to get there, then they think that you’re invested in the car and will lowball you in the trade in and refuse to negotiate. They are very kind over the phone to get you there.

Garrett coordinated with the transport company to ensure the vehicle was loaded with no damage. The transport driver found a few imperfections on the vehicle that had not previously been disclosed. Garrett made sure the imperfections were taken care of to my satisfaction. Garrett definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer.
