I just had the best experience working with Terry Allen; a sales consultant from Graue, Inc. I was specifically looking for an Equinox with low mileage, affordable pricing, certain amenities, and in a desired color. Terry was diligent about looking for a vehicle that met all my requirements and would send me prospective vehicles to look at. He was patient with me during this time and encouraged me to ask him any questions. He never made me feel that my questions were in some way bothering him or were to “small”. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions which made me feel very comfortable in making my final decision. When I made my decision on a vehicle and was ready to come pick it up, Terry had all the paperwork ready for me to sign. He explained things to me and made the process very easy for me. When I was done purchasing the vehicle and the vehicle was mine, Terry walked me out to my Equinox that was waiting for me in the service department. It was all clean and shiny and looking beautiful! Terry introduced me to the service manager and went over with me the particulars of bringing my vehicle in for oil changes and such which I found very helpful. We then got in the vehicle and Terry went over all of the functions of the Equinox; radio, how the phone works, lights, etc. He took time with me and I never felt that he was in a rush or rushing me. I just cannot say enough good things about Terry. He was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful to me and I’m so thankful for him!
