Every thing was great! From the beginning when Robina checked me in til I finished with Kim at cashier office . Best visit I have had at Dick Smith since the last time I was there . Definitely the place I will bring my car back to for service.

My last visit to the service center was shorter than previous visits. Three and a half hours for an oil change became standard and lead to shopping for services.

I was greeted promptly. I was dismayed that my car's history did not seem to be available for tech to review, as I bought my car from this dealership in March. I think that would have saved time and questions.
