It was a pleasant experience just took a little longer than I wanted but overall good

Brought my jeep in to install a bestop sunrider for the front two seats . I was charged over $500 to just install it. That was insane of a price where I have been bringing my jeep there for the past 7 months and spent over $4000 with your dealership. I did have something else for them to install but with getting charged that much where it should have only took 1 hour they charged me for 3. Jeff is a great service writer and Lorie is really nice as well . But $500 to install a sunrider just for the front seats is crazy. You lost a client over that .

The service from Jeremy and Alana was above and beyond. Alana made a home visit to make sure we understood and were satisfied. We had an issue with our dashboard computer that we did not understand. She was very kind and patient and explained everything to us. she was knowledgeable and professional. I would give her 10 stars. We never had such wonderful service.

Tony was great! AJ in finance was very professional! I enjoyed the experience! Would recommend.

My service advisor Mr. Payton was very helpful in the process and handled my warranty for the repair of my Ram truck. Very courteous and keep me updated as the repair were advancing.
