First time bringing my car in for service. Jeremy and his team was very through and was able to get me in and out quickly.
I wasn't terribly happy with the service department. But decided to trade my 2017 Honda in and buy a new 2025 Honda Accord . Q Ashari helped me and Did a fantastic job in completing the sale for me. I give him a 5 star rating for his service and attention. I Thank him for taking the time to make sure I was happy with my new vehicle and for taking care of everything that needed to be taken care of when others were not very attentive or receptive to my needs. Judy Tweedy is an experienced and friendly service person. Great with questions and explanations, she is careful and very good about time management. We have had excellent customer service from Judy throughout our almost 20 years here.
Kevin Suarez from Service department did a great job on my odyssey for the scheduled maintenance service. He explained everything that needs to be done.
Antonio, our service advisor, was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue with our 2021 Accord under warranty and had everything completed the same day, including an oil change and tire rotation. When we picked up the car, it was ready and waiting, along with a helpful list of upcoming recommended maintenance. We’ll definitely be back and will be scheduling with Antonio again.
