WARNING I’m not sure where to start but I have had the unfortunate experience to stop by this dealership and talk to the sales person Dennis Napel regarding a 2025 GMC 2500 truck. Right from the start he pulls the old ‘we just sold the truck yesterday’ card, just to call back a few minutes later to say its now available. After that, he pulls the next dealer card by putting the customer under pressure by saying the price will change in two days by the end of the month. Obviously I didn’t buy into it and look right through those tactics, but it just shows what a disgusting sales culture this dealership has. When we started discussing the trade-in he simply makes up a random price to see if you fall for it. Obviously I made my research and called him out on his xx. Again, typical disgusting dealer mentality. Once he realized that I’m not gonna be an easy target to be bullied into buying a junk truck, he decided to ghost me. Absolutely horrible experience from the moment I walked through the door. I ended up purchasing a truck in Tampa almost $15k cheaper and a trade value that matches Kelly Blue book suggestions. I would stay far away from dealers like that and spend the money at legitimate businesses that actually care about customer service and satisfaction.

First it took several days just to get ahold of this place to make an appointment. They tell me one price for diagnostics and the price changes when I go to pick up my vehicle. I go ahead with the repair over $4000 for a TCM, Emission Valve, and Knock Sensor. I pick it up after 4 days and the check engine light pops on after two blocks! I take it right back and they try to blame a different place for the knock sensor which was what the code was for. I show them the bill that I had it done here and they tell me it wasn’t done. I sit there for half a day while they do the repair they had initially told me was done and had to cancel my plans for the day. I take it home next day the check engine light pops on again! This time it’s for the emissions light something they had also repaired. My gasket is also leaking transmission fluid I find out when I get my oil changed which they also tell me the transmission fluid is old and needs to be flushed. Guess what they also charged me for transmission fluid which wasnt changed. I sent the service manager an email and he did call and left me a message but gives me the general number to call back. I left a voicemail since no one ever answers and have yet to get a call back. This was pure neglect and nothing was done right after $4000. Lawsuit is looking like my only choice if I can’t get this fixed right. Absolutely horrible experience!

Had an appointment told one day, they didn’t get go it in that day, ended up taking 6 days. Quoted $1900 to solve the problem, when I got it back none of my lights had been resolved, to resolve them I’d have pre buy another part at $1600. So I can’t be confident the $1900 worth of work was needed. Very hard to get on the phone.

2 weeks and they have yet to repair my truck. Will not return phone calls, service advisor did not show up for scheduled appointment. TOTAL LACK OF CONCERN for this customer ‼️
