He was super helpful! He explained thoroughly what features my first car had. He made sure I felt comfortable with my car before I even left the dealership. I also mentioned a few spots that concerned me about the car and he got to work right away and took care of it. Definitely a 10/10 experience, he was super sweet and understanding.
